As the Superintendent I personally welcome you to Tempe Elementary School District, and on behalf of our TD3 family, I would like to thank you for viewing our website. Our hope is that you will consider joining our community of global, innovative and dynamic students, parents, employees and community members, in an engaging environment of choice and organizational excellence. Excelling student achievement, instructional excellence, and responsible stewardship of all our available resources form the foundation of our most important work in TD3.

We are committed to providing exceptional learning opportunities for our students, parents and staff. In addition to offering core content instruction in Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies, we also offer PE and Music in all schools K-8th grade; band, orchestra, choir in 5th through 8th grades;  Art, Foreign Language, Family and Consumer Science, STEM, Symphonic Band, Sustainability, Gaming, Video Production and a variety of other electives throughout our middle schools.

We offer outstanding preschool opportunities; exceptional K-5 experiences in excelling schools; a plethora of learning environments for middle school students such as Fees College Preparatory Middle School,  a STEM school focusing on individualized learning for all students; Connolly Middle School, a National AVID Demonstration school also housing ASPIRE Academy, home of our most academically gifted middle school students; Ward Traditional K-8 Academy; Laird K-8 neighborhood school also focusing on AVID; Gililland Middle School offering one-to-one computing for all students; and Tempe Academy of International Studies, a Middle Years International Baccalaureate school.
